Ribolla Gialla
A light white wine with a good level of acidity and a complex flavour that results from fermenting a small portion of the grapes with the skin on, in the cask. The remaining grapes were pressed after a night of cryo-maceration. This wine has an aroma full of lemon, spice, and green apple, along with a fresh palate that has a spicy finish and a soft texture due to the brief skin maceration.
Orange
A clear orange wine with a deep golden hue and a touch of amber colour. It has a distinct aroma that combines the scents of orange marmalade, yeast, and dry herbs. On the palate, you’ll notice orange peel, ripe fruits, blossom, and chalky minerality, with juicy acidity, light mouth-gripping tannins, and a long finish.
Franconia
The grapes were harvested at the right time to retain their freshness. The fermentation process occurred in an open tank with regular punching down. On the nose, you can detect the aromas of summer berries, cherry, and black pepper, with a hint of violet. The palate is light to medium-bodied, with delicate tannins and refreshing acidity.
